RETURNS

• Please info@cobfriday.com to request a return.
• We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits if your item is damaged or faulty.
• Eligibility for an exchange is at the discretion of COB Friday and will be determined on the reason and the products condition.

CONDITION 

• All pieces must be returned unworn and in original condition and original packaging.

DELIVERY DATE 

• Pieces must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we receive your request within the specified time frame.
• All sales are final after 30 days from delivery.

PLEASE NOTE 

• Sale and Outlet items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Some items may be samples or slightly defective.
• COB Friday is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fee/s is the responsibility of the buyer, including any custom fees involved.
